Responsibilities:

We are looking for an MTOs to join our team. As a Management and Training Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team by conducting market research, content creation, analyzing data, and assisting in the implementation of marketing strategies. This multifaceted position requires strong research skills, a creative mindset, and the ability to translate insights into effective marketing solutions.

  • Conduct primary and secondary market research to gather information on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences.
  • Utilize various research methodologies, including surveys, interviews, and data analysis, to provide actionable insights.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor activities, market positioning, and marketing strategies.
  • Provide regular updates on competitor trends and make recommendations for maintaining a competitive edge.
  • Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data related to customer behavior, preferences, and market dynamics.
  • Use statistical tools and software to interpret data and identify trends that inform marketing strategies.
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including content creation and social media management.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to generate marketing materials that align with research insights.
  • Compile research findings and marketing data into clear and concise reports.
  • Present research insights and marketing performance updates to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to integrate research findings into cohesive marketing strategies.
  • Provide recommendations on how to adapt marketing strategies based on industry developments.
