Sales Executive
Apex Group is looking for an experineced Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
As a Sales Executive you will play a key role in driving property sales and expanding our client base. This position requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, a passion for real estate, and a results-oriented approach. You will be responsible for engaging potential clients, showcasing properties, and closing deals to contribute to the company’s overall growth.
- Initiate and maintain effective communication with potential clients through various channels.
- Help Clients to make the right decisions with their requirement and explain the various projects based on their requirement
- Drive Sales: Lead Generation (Referral Leads, Cold Calling, Lead Cleaning) to Site Visit to Closure
- Create, run survey campaigns and assist the Sales and Marketing Team for Project Designing and Launch
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and property values to provide accurate information to clients.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2-3 years’ experience in real estate sales or a similar role.
